If you want to make a paper house 3d, first of all measure from top to bottom three lines like those in red in the drawing. Then, starting from the top, measure to copy five lines like those in blue. Of course you can double the measurements if you want to make a bigger 3d paper house.
Then mark two equal triangles at the top and bottom of the base and connect the apex. Then mark the base and the lateral sides. Now draw the tabs, windows and doors. All as shown in the drawing. To make a nice paper house 3d, do not add other elements for now, just follow how to make a paper house step by step. You will have the opportunity to personalize the paper house you have made at a later stage.
Now cut out the figure.
Next bend the tabs and you will see the paper house 3d starting to materialize. Lift the walls of the house and glue them. Make the roof in the measures detailed in the picture, fold and glue. If you want it to stick out just make it a little bigger.
We recommend using a paper that is not too thin nor too thick to make a paper house. You will need to handle it easily, but it also needs to be strong enough to sustain itself.
Now put some glue on the roof and add a chimney using the folded triangles as if they were tabs. The chimney is a nice addition but it is completely optional.
Then make a small cylinder for the chimney flue. Mark, cut and fold the ends inward. Glue to the chimney.
